Grown up at last
For the transfer programme »Grown up at last« of the Kuratorium für Dialyse und Nierentransplantation e.V. (Board of Trustees for Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation), we developed an information flyer in an innovative star fold format that is tailored to the target group. The programme is aimed at young people with chronic kidney disease and helps them make the transition to adult life.
Effect:
The flyer contributes to raising awareness of the programme, so that more young people suffering from kidney disease can use it as an optimal preparation for an autonomous and responsible life.
