Communication Concept Relaunch

Client situation

A leading global manufacturer of dental implants commissioned us to redesign its patient media and to develop a corresponding communication concept as a first step. There was a latent dissatisfaction with the look and feel of the previous patient media, yet it was difficult to identify what precisely was causing this dissatisfaction.

Our solution

We analysed the patient media of competitors and concluded that all relevant players in the field of dental implants communicated the advantages of their products with very similar visuals – in particular smiling testimonials. In consultation with our client, we looked for a unique solution that would set them apart from competitors and fit our client's claim of being the market leader.

We developed a communication concept that emphasised »completeness« and humorously showed patients how a complete set of teeth improves both their health and their social situation. Based on this concept, we redesigned all digital and print media of the company.
